	Troubadour - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		A troubadour was a composer and performer of songs during the Middle Ages in Europe.
		The word troubadour comes from the Occitan verb "trouber," which means "to find." The word is used to designate musicians who spoke Occitan (or langue d'oc) and whose style spread to the trouvères in the north of France, who spoke langues d'oïl.
		In some games in Intelligent Systems's Fire Emblem series, a Troubadour is a class, depicted as a healer on horseback.

	Annotated Name Book List
		It does have a list of various titles, although many are not relevant to the SCA (Minister of Industry, Section Chief of the Central Committee of the Party, Inspection Officer, etc.).
		Since this is a history and not a dictionary, it is not of a lot of use for general SCA purposes.
		However, the lists are not accurate and contain names that are inappropriate to the cultures they claim to represent as well as, in some cases, including names of non-Humans.

	Medieval Secular recordings
		The subject of this list is primarily the French language compositions of the Medieval period, whether the chanson proper or the polytext motet.
		The recordings listed will not be entirely composed of secular music (of necessity), but that will be my primary interest in the disc (so far as that can be pinned down).
		Nonetheless, the list below is ample, at least for the trouvères, and the range of interpretation is pleasantly large.
