The university was founded as the Taihoku Imperial University (臺北帝國大學) of the Japanese Empire in 1928.
Following Taiwan's handover to the Republic of China in 1945, it was renamed the National Taiwan University and reorganized into six colleges and twenty-two departments.

Thanks for the list I am currently writing a paper for my wrt-154 class at Pima Community College in Tucson Arizona about all these fraudulant schools and how they destroy peoples lifes by putting them into debt for school loans while the degree that they receive is BOGUS!
