		In order to be listed here as a de facto independent country, article 1 of the Montevideo Convention from 1933 is followed, which means that entity should possess the following qualifications: (a) a permanent population; (b) a defined territory; (c) government; and (d) capacity to enter into relations with the other states.
		Additionally the entity doesn't accept that it de jure comprises part of the territory of another country.
