I went to Lode Heath School between 1979-1984 and prior to that was at Coppice Junior and Damsonwood Infants Schools.

Their design, on a condolence card made by the children of Little Heath school, has been chosen by Earl Spencer to adorn a range of children's stationary that will go on sale in Althorp's museum when it opens to the public this summer.

Twenty-two schools in West Berkshire are set to receive grants of up to £5,000 for producing a Travel Plan.

School Travel Plans promote cycle training and use, which could hopefully result in less cars on the school run making it even safer for children to walk or cycle to school.
