In my case, it was Little Saigon, a wonderful Vietnamese restaurant that got renovated out of its longtime spot at Phoenix Spectrum Mall (formerly Chris-Town).
I recall that Little Saigon had some of the best salads in town, and the ones here justify my memory.
I'm a big fan of Vietnamese soups, and Little Saigon's basic pho ($5.50), a beef noodle soup that's a meal-in-a-bowl, sends exotic Southeast Asian scents wafting over the table.
