Little Whinging is in Surrey, a county of Southern England, to the south and west of Greater London.
Surrey is bordered by Greater London to the east, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire to the north and Hampshire, Sussex and Kent to the south.
And this is why Privet Drive, Little Whinging, Surrey, is shown as it is on the map, in the farthest north of Surrey, to the west of Heathrow Airport and to the northwest of Staines.

Bosstard was like "quick, quick, quick, chuck it out or remove the wrapper before Foster Child sees it!!" Of course, Foster Son hadn't even noticed what was wrong with the whole scenario until she informed him of why she reacted that way.
The little bint of a Foster Child has a REAL problem with derogatory names like "Coon" and "Abbo" etc. Even if they aren't meant to be derogatory - which packets of cheese aren't.

These houses are all over England, if not the whole of Britain, and, while terraced houses seem more popular up north, they are quite prominent in the south where people like Harry and I are from.
I know little more, but where I live they were all built by three architects just after the second world war and some weren't all built very well.
There are plant-named drives and Little Wherevers, and there really is a Surrey, but the word Whinging just takes the cake.
