Slopes and depths for the planted littoral zones shall be no steeper than 10 feet horizontal to 1 foot vertical to a distance of 5 feet waterward of the designated planted littoral zone area and conform to Section 7.6.H.2.
The littoral zone must be provided with a minimum of 6 inches of sand topsoil mix unless otherwise approved, and planted with at least 5 species at an average spacing of 2 feet on center.
The littoral areas shall be constructed and maintained in compliance with the planting plan requirements of the ULDC, Section 7.6, Excavation, as may be amended, and planting plans as approved by the Director of ERM or a person designated by the Board of County Commissioners.

Absent visible biological growths or vegetation on the rocks proposed to be sunk and absent otherwise in the littoral zone, the mechanisms for cleansing the ecosystem are not present.
Approximately twenty rocks in the littoral zone beach would be sunk in place by directing a jet of water about them with the intent to cause the rocks to sink in place below the surface of the beach.

The second considers the stresses and constant conflict that have characterized the relations between Bolivia and Chile, resulting from Chilean expansionism at the expense of Bolivian territories, which reached its climax with the War of the Pacific and the loss of the Bolivian seacoast to Chile.
With reference to the second aspect of the maritime question, it must be noted that the State Department was kept well informed on the Pacific West Coast situation in South America and since 1842 had detailed reports of Chilean efforts for expansion over the Bolivian littoral.
All through the War of the Pacific, American diplomacy was aware that Chilean expansionism was the root of the hostilities aimed at the appropriation of the Peruvian territory of Tarapaca as well as of the Bolivian seacoast.

A consideration here centers on that portion of the regulation there would be any discernible adverse impacts let alone undue adverse impacts on the present or potential value of this littoral zone.

Sometimes they are in a standard size container.  Some may come in other forms, on pallets.  But they can be brought into the ship and connected to the ship's network and be able to provide data that the ship can then communicate to other surface ships or aircraft in the area.
