THE INHERITANCE OF COAT COLOR IN THE SHAR-PEI by J. E. James James Genetics
The color inheritance is complex now, but as more and more animals are imported and the breed becomes more popular, new colors will appear from long forgotten or lost gene complexes.
Basic eye color in all dogs range from the deepest fl - brown to amber, the recessive liver "points"* (2) gene will lighten whatever eye color the dog have, thus a liver pointed animal cannot have the deepest brown- fl eyes.
Black is not colored by the actions of color and paling genes, but chocolate is. Chocolates bred into the fawn lines might produce whole litters of liver pointed puppies (fawn) that will lack the expression that fl points will give them.

My favorite tan and white was my cousin's dog who had half her face marked with a chocolate brown, with a small touch of rust on her eyebrow.
When thinking about registering and breeding a dog, color is a consideration, but so much less important than other ascepts, such as genetic problems, build, working ability.
While different shades of tan or brown are registerable, a dog should not be breed just for pretty color or something that is considered unique (but really isn't uncommon).

 Liver Than You'll Ever Be
"LIVEr Than You'll Ever Be" is not only significant because of its place in the bootleg history, but also because of the mood and feel that it captured as the Rolling Stones returned to live performances for the first time in over three years with new guitarist Mick Taylor.
There are no vocal or instrumental overdubs on LIVEr which enables the listener to compare the band early in the tour to the slicker overdubbed recording that would represent a band that had musically evolved very quickly during the course of the tour.

At first everything was ok, but after some time, when I've consumed a large amount of alcohol, the stool color next day was darker than normal.
Not only will alcohol affect your liver, but if you are also having stomach pains, excess alcohol can give you gastritis, which is inflammation of the stomach.
However, as the alcohol affects the liver and also metabolises it, bile secretion could also be affected and you could be releasing more bile than necessary which is making your stools darker.

In this article, the authors propose a method for automatic diagnosis of liver cancer based on analysis of digitized color images of liver tissue obtained by needle biopsy.
Furthermore, as the segmentation of color images does not only depend on the segmentation algorithm but also on the color space representation, and in order to choose the best segmentation result, segmentation was performed with HNN and using components of the raw image with respect to each of the RGB, HLS, and HSV color spaces.
