Liza Frulla, PC (born March 30, 1949) is a former Quebec politician.
She was a Member of Parliament in the Liberal Party of Canada caucus in the Canadian House of Commons for the riding of Jeanne-Le Ber, Quebec from 2004, until her defeat to Bloc Québécois opponent Thierry St-Cyr in 2006.
Frulla has the prenomial "the Honourable" and the postnomial "PC" for life by virture of being made a member of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada on December 12, 2003.

Liza Frulla: What happened is that we had to take part in interdepartmental committees in order (a) to present the tools, (b) to explain the tools, and (c) also to convince all the departments to have at least one person responsible so that we would have a direct intervention with the whole of the government.

Frulla's comments came after Duceppe suggested to reporters during a visit to Frulla's southwest end Montreal riding of Jeanne Le Ber that Frulla was elected to Parliament in a 2002 byelection with money donated by several key figures in the sponsorship scandal.
Frulla said she has already spoken to her lawyer and is contemplating suing Duceppe for libel.
Frulla said the systematic attack on cabinet ministers from Quebec is designed to ensure there are no strong voices for Quebec around the cabinet table as sovereigntist forces prepare for a referendum she expects to come in 2008.
