		Locutus of Borg was the Borg designation forced upon Captain Jean-Luc Picard after his assimilation in late 2366.
		In 2376, a new Locutus of Borg was created by the Borg that had captured a Dominion cloning facility.
		This Locutus led an attack upon the Federation and the Klingon and Romulan empires in an attempt to gain an Omega particle, resulting in the assimilation of Spock (Who was on his way to a Romulan-Klingon peace conference) and the conquest of Earth.

		In hindsight, this was a bit flippant of me, but a valid criticism of his attack plan considering the situation he described and the capabilities of Vaygr ships in the PDS mod.
		The PM you received from Locutus on the Relic forums was pretty standard fodder for a post warning.
		It doesn't seem to me that Locutus has shown you any overt hostility in deleting your post, (at least no more than you'd expect from a moderator in an unpleasant mood), but I think that if some kind of grudge or tormenting actually leaks onto the forum it should be dealt with swiftly.
