		A logic puzzle is a puzzle deriving from the mathematics field of deduction.
		Puzzles like this, where we are given a list of premises and asked what can be deduced from them, are known as "syllogisms".
		There are also logic puzzles that are completely non-verbal in nature.

	Sudoku - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		The aim of the puzzle is to enter a numerical digit from 1 through 9 in each cell of a 9×9 grid made up of 3×3 subgrids (called "regions"), starting with various digits given in some cells (the "givens").
		Puzzles which can be solved by scanning alone without requiring the detection of contingencies are classified as "easy" puzzles; more difficult puzzles, by definition, cannot be solved by basic scanning alone.
		The puzzle generator was written with Visual C++, and although it had options to generate a more Japanese-style puzzle, with symmetry constraints and fewer numbers, Dell opted not to use those features, at least not until their recent publication of Sudoku-only magazines.
