		Collins Bay was one of the four institutions subjected to a comprehensive assessment of its physical plant, conducted during 1999/2000.
		Although Collins Bay Institution is considered to house a non-integrated aggressor population, it is currently in the process of changing its profile to eventually become a fully integrated population by the time the new units are completed.
