		The Long Branch Streetcar served the former villages of Mimico, New Toronto and Long Branch in Southern Etobicoke.
		Long Branch was born as a route name on October 28, 1935 when the Lake Shore line was split in two.
		Long Branch’s continued existence could have been a legacy of the days when the TTC had a two fare system.
