The Long March rocket is related to early versions of the Dongfeng missile (note that Dongfeng is the generic Chinese name for all of its land ICBMs).

Report: This first hike on the Long Path was the kickoff to a 40 hike project taking us along this trail from New York City to west of Albany at the Mohawk River.
On this hike was a group of compatible hikers who kept together as we plodded along through the accumulated snow.
My feeling is that the Long Path should start in New York City, so I made a point of starting this hike on the Manhattan side of the George Washington Bridge and a number of the group said it was kind of nice walking across the bridge.
