For clarity regarding "Celadon" - this is a Western trade name, only referring to the color of the cloths, worn by an actor in a well known French theater play during the 18th century.
Those were special in such a way that they were - and still are - made with a grayish white body and a thick greenish glaze which got its special character from being distinctively underfired and having reached their top temperature very slowly.
There is also "Celadons from Longquan Kilns" by Zhu Boqian, which I have not read but are told is good.

The top lot of the sale was a finely worked 19th century Chinese gilt bronze sceptre inset with bright green celadon and chestnut striated jade carved with sage and deer in a landscape.
The bronze was cast with auspicious symbols in relief and chased with scrolling foliage on the reverse, and the handle was inset with white jade four-character mark, resting on a naturalistically carved wood base.

Reproductions of Song dynasty Longquan celadon wares were made at Jingdezhen in the early eighteenth century, but outright fakes were also made there, using special clay and artificially aged by boiling in meat broth, refiring and storage in sewers.
