Look into the Future - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Journey's second album, Look into the Future, was released in January of 1976 on the Columbia Records label.
For their second album, the members of Journey toned down the overt progressiveness of their first, self-titled release, in favor of a more focused, commercial approach.
Despite that, "Look Into the Future" still retains some of the experimental approach and sound of the debut, especially in the title track and "I'm Gonna Leave You", the latter of which some claim inspired the main riff in the famous Kansas song "Carry on Wayward Son".

Zim was holding a baby in his arms and the child looked very much like him, and Kasey was holding a baby in her arms as well.
One of them looked like Zim except for the patches of white skin across it's body, and the other looked human enough, except it had patches of green skin and also, two strands of it's hair stuck up as if it was about to grow antennae.
And she didn't doubt that it was, for where she was looked extremely luxurious and expensive, that, if the diamond ring was compared to where she was, the diamond ring would be worth about a penny.

Technology: Paul Horn: A look into the future
If you extend the thought just a little bit and add global positioning, then you could imagine, for example, personalized advertisement when you look in the store at a certain thing because it'll know where you are because it's interacting with you on an ongoing basis.
So think of this as part of a whole set of technologies that are going to allow for the information technology world, the Internet, to know where you are and feed you local and personal information based on where you are.
I'm having dating analogies come into my mind, I'm sure, but you can imagine how the potential value of being able to find out that someone that you really need to see and you haven't seen in 10 years happens to be in the same crowded room that you're in.
