Khorramabad, Lorestan Prov, Nov 23, IRNA -- An earthquake measuring 4.7 degrees on the open-ended Richter scale jolted the town of Poldokhtar in this western province on Monday.
The head of the Natural Disasters Headquarters of Lorestan province, Ali Barani, told IRNA here that the Gav Zardeh area near the north-south transit route is very dangerous since it is located on a mountainous region, adding that safety equipment have been installed there.
