It then proposes to bring Tarsier closer to Lorisiformes on the basis of of the disappearance of l.artère stapédiale but especially the morphology of the molars and distal fusion tibiofibulaire and of many chromosomal homologies.
To still note l.absence d.une partition supplements between the orbits and the pits temporal, an external auditory canal clearly differentiated, the welding of the symphyse mandibulaire, the recovery of the cerebellum by the cerebral hemispheres and a retina with fovea.
Lorisiformes differ from Lémuriformes by the morphology of their tympanic bubble, by their former carotid which s.anastomose with l.artère of the headland before penetrating in the auditive bubble, by the presence d.une artery saphene (absent at Lémuriformes), by l.absence of l.artère stapédienne and the morphology of their molars.

 The Prosimians
Lorisiformes which are the prosimians even if you classify by ancestry, and the Tarsiformes who are developmentally like the prosimians but are actually more closely related to the anthropoids.
Lemurs used to be all over the world, but they got outcompeted by the more advanced anthropoids.
Alternatively, they'll leap into the air, holding onto a branch with their tail, and grab insects to eat.

 How Humans Evolved
Lemurs (Lemuriformes) are found only in Madagascar and the Comoro Islands; they represent a lineage of primates that have evolved in isolation from other such groups over the past 120 million years.
The continental prosimians consist largely of Lorisiformes, which can be divided into two groups: galagos and lorises.
All the lorises are nocturnal and live in forested regions of Africa and Asia.

All have a moist nose (philtrum), a light reflecting disc in the eye (tapetum lucidum), embryos walled off from contact with their mother’s blood and lower incisors projecting forward to form tooth-combs.
The Prosimii are usually divided into two main infra-orders, mainly on a geographical basis: these are the Lemuriformes of Madagascar and the Lorisiformes of Asia and Africa (but not Madagascar).
This geographic split is morphologically supported by chromosome comparisons and by molecular data, suggesting that the Malagasy primates (Lemuroids) are a monophyletic group (Rumpler, 1988 and Purvis, 1995).
