Harmoniously embedded in the landscape, the three Elbe palaces throne over the former vineyards on the Elbe valley slopes: the Albrechtsberg Palace, which was built for Prince Albrecht, the more modest Lingner Palace built for his chamberlain and the picturesque Eckberg Palace.
Attractions in Loschwitz are the funicular railway, one of the oldest mountain railways in Europe, and the world's first suspension railway, taken into service in 1901, which bring you up to the Loschwitz heights and the noble city district Weisser Hirsch in a mere 3 minutes.
You can reach Blasewitz and Loschwitz with the regular services “Elbe Valley Line” and “Saxon Switzerland”, as well as with the “Palace Tour”.

 Dresden, Germany
Fairly close to the north of Loschwitz, the quarter named Weißer Hirsch is situated along the edge of Dresden's very own forest, the Dresdner Heide.
This area is home to Dresden's upper class; they reside in charming dwellings, play tennis on tepid afternoons, enjoy the silent riverside atmosphere at the Elbhänge (Elbe slopes) or uses the cable railway towards Loschwitz.
We, on the contrary, head for the city's inner parts and pass the Radeberger Vorstadt - host to the combined brewery and beer garden and the Waldschlösschen (Forest Castle) - to reach the Outer Neustadt.

Here is the message about it from Martin Loschwitz, the mICQ package maintainer for Debian.
Kuhlmann says it's all cleared up now, as he and Loschwitz came to an agreement, namely that Loschwitz would stop being the mICQ package maintainer for Debian.
If the author did talk to Loschwitz about this individually, and Loschwitz never brought it up in debian-devel (I didn’t see it, but I don’t know that he spoke to him either), then Loschwitz deserves a spanking as well.
