		Flores Nano will not grant the victory to Garcia until the election authority has counted the last vote and has solved the total of the impugned reports, Xavier Barron, National Unity leader, said.
		In 2001 elections, Flores Nano was removed from the second place by Garcia, who was defeated by the current Head of State Alejandro Toledo on a second round.
