Father Lucian Pulvermacher, OFM Cap (born April 20, 1918) was elected Pope Pius XIII of the true Catholic Church in 1998.
Pulvermacher technically could be considered an antipope by other denominations, although he has far fewer followers than the historical antipopes.
The mutual consecrations of Bateman and Pulvermacher are seen by most Catholics as both invalid (in that neither was a bishop historic episcopate, and thus while they may have had proper form and intention)both lacked the faculty and so was invalid.

Father Earl Lucian Pulvermacher, OFM Cap (born April 20, 1918) was elected Pope Pius XIII of the true Catholic Church, a small conclavist group regarded as schismatic by orthodox Roman Catholics, in October 1998.
Pulvermacher currently resides in the United States in the small town of Springdale, Washington, and claims to have a following of around 90 families worldwide, a claim which is disputed and considered too many in numbers.
Pulvermacher, having previously proclaimed John XXIII's supposed ineligibility for the papacy because of his supposed membership of the Freemasons, was himself ineligible to be elected Pope under his interpretation of Catholic law.

 Lucian Pulvermacher
Reverend Father Earl Lucian Pulvermacher, OFM Cap (Born: April 20, 1918) is an anti-pope based in Montana in the United States who was elected Pope Pius XIII of the true Catholic Church (tCC) in 1998.
Were that to be so, not just his papacy and all his acts such as the calling of Vatican II would be invalid, but so in a chain reaction would be the conclave necessitated by his death, the resultant election of Paul VI and in turn both Popes John Paul.
In 1998, a 'conclave' of conservative catholics, both lay and clerical, in a telephone vote 'elected' Pulvermacher to the allegedly vacant papacy.

I have investigated and corresponded with both parties, and I have come to believe that Bateman is correct: that Pulvermacher is an occultist - one who has, in disobedience to the Church's clear teachings, been indulging in superstitious rites - the use of the pendulum for divination.

After leaving the Society, Pulvermacher established a circuit of private chapels throughout the United States claiming he had the authority to provide the Mass and Sacraments to these people, despite the fact he must have committed heresy for celebrating the Novus Ordo while in Australia.
However, as a result, Pulvermacher had himself incurred excommunication on account of Pope Pius XII's (rarely obeyed) ban on such practices.
Thus Pulvermacher, having previously proclaimed John XXIII's supposed ineligability for the papacy because of his supposed membership of the Freemasons, was himself ineligible to be elected "Pope" under Catholic law.

The third category of sedevacantist bishops consists of those clerics whose consecrations are generally regarded as outright invalid, even by other sedevacantists, because their consecration cannot be traced to validly ordained bishops who were part of the Apostolic Succession.
