Mercury (planet) - Facts, Information, and Encyclopedia Reference article
Mercury ranges from −0.4 to 5.5 in apparent magnitude, and its greatest angular separation from the Sun (greatest elongation) is only 28.3°, meaning it is only ever seen in twilight.
Mercury's axial tilt is only 0.01 degrees, which is over 300 times smaller than that of Jupiter, which is the second smallest axial tilt of all planets at 3.1 degrees.
One theory is that Mercury originally had a metal-silicate ratio similar to common chondrite meteors and a mass approximately 2.25 times its current mass, but that early in the solar system's history Mercury was struck by a planetesimal of approximately 1/6 that mass.

Annotated Best Country Music on CD List
Combining elements of western swing and hillbilly boogie with the influence of fl rhythm and blues and youthful exuberance, rockabilly was the white contribution to the foundation of rock and roll.
Cash's period with Sun is for me his most consistent period, and produced many of his best songs, mostly with mature themes, with the exception of a few attempts at teen hits, mostly written by his producer Cowboy Jack Clemente.
From the big voiced controversial singer, who has obviously crossed beyond the borders of country (and never really was accepted in that crowd anyway).

Frankie Laine - Popular Influential Singer
At Mercury and Columbia he worked closely with impressario Mitch Miller, and Carl Fischer who co-wrote many songs with Laine including the great standard We'll Be Together Again.
The first and biggest of a new breed of fl-influenced singers who came to prominence in the post-WWII era, signalling the end of both the big bands and the crooning styles favored by contemporaries Dick Haymes and Frank Sinatra, his 1946 recording of That's My Desire remains a landmark record.
But Mitch Miller, who became the AandR man at Mercury in 1948, recognized a universal quality in Laine's voice which he began to exploit via a succession of chart-topping popular songs often with a folk or western flavor ("That Lucky Old Sun," "Swamp Girl," "Cry of the Wild Goose," "Mule Train").
