		On appeal, Ludes contends the trial court erred in denying his pretrial motion to dismiss the criminal complaint, asserting the arresting officer lacked probable cause to make a traffic stop.
		Another reason or another thing that crossed my mind besides, of course, drug use, is I have a wife that's a diabetic, and she has had problems with the past, is insulin dependent.
		Ludes does not challenge Corcoran's probable cause to arrest or the sufficiency of the evidence to support the underlying conviction.

		lude's got some issue's now with 71k miles on it.
		I took it to the dealer (G-d bless Honda Care), they replaced all of my piston rings, and I had the head done (new stem seals) and after one month at the dealer, I got my baby back, with the same problem.
		After speaking with a ton of other Lude owners, half have this problem, Honda deems 1 qt every 3,000 as acceptable.

		Basically I got bored of trawling through indie communities trying to find other Ludes fans, and so one rainy day I decided to bring the other fans to me. Unless someone's spelling "Ludes" wrong, this is the first exclusive Ludes community of LJ, and everyone and anyone is welcome to join.
		Some of the photos have been taken from the official site Ludes Music; some of the site is in need of some serious updating but the news page and the forum are pretty good.
