The Lugii, Lygii, Ligii or Lugiones (also Lygians, Lugians) were a tribe of Indoeuropean origin, but of disputed ethnic background: Celtic, Germanic, Slavonic or mixed.

The next mention of Lugii are the times of the Roman emperor Claudius (41–54).

The Romans only had the Carpi to the south as allies, while the Vandali had rallied the Lugii, Burgundiones, Lemovii, and Rugii to their cause.
The early campaign focused mainly Lugii and the Burgundiones, to divide the Vandali from their allies, while the Carpi kept the Vandali from threatening the Roman thrust.
This phase was finished by AD 57, at which point the Romans focused on the Rugii (defeated by 58), leaving the Lemovii completely surrounded by Romans.

The Lugii, a Celtic tribe are mentioned in connection with the Vandals, a Germanic tribe (or at least Germanic by the Common Era).
Then about 150 BCE, the Vandals became prominent perhaps because the Lugii themselves had been subjugated by the Marcomanni.
Anyhow, along with what has been argued earlier (such as the commonality amongst Celt, German, and even Roman of the Cult of the Matrones), I think it makes sense that one can be Celto-Germanic in worship.
