		Lumiya was illegitimate in as much that Vader was breaking/bending(depending on ones POV) the rule of two by making her a "Dark Lord" like him in order to help overthrow Palpatine so that he could become the new "master"(a plan that never came to fruition).
		I think Lumiya is Sith but Asajj is not, because Dooku didn't teach any Sith arts to Asajj where Vader did teach Sith techniques to Lumiya, and she took the mantle of Dark Lord...
