Mallatobuck - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Malla is married to Chewbacca and is mother to Lumpawarrump.
Han assumes that Chewbacca will stay with his wife and child, but Wookiees consider it a great dishonor to go back on a life debt, and both Malla and Chewbacca are horrified by the suggestion that he would do so because of his marriage.
Despite this, Chewbacca returned once per year (with Han's blessing) to celebrate Life Day with Malla and their son, Lumpawarrump (or Lumpy, for short, born 9 BBY) as seen in 1 ABY, in The Star Wars Holiday Special and the next year, in The Wookiee Storybook.

 Lumpawaroo - Star Wars
Lumpawaroo (previously known as Lumpawarrump) was the son of Chewbacca and Mallatobuck.
Since his father was often absent, serving his life debt to Han Solo, Lumpawarrump (or Lumpy) was somewhat timid as a child.
After his father's death in the early days of the Yuuzhan Vong invasion, Lumpawaroo and Lowbacca, Chewbacca's nephew, vowed to undertake Chewie's life debt to Han, but agreed to wait, as Han was still mourning Chewbacca.

 Tyrant's Test by Michael P. Kube-McDowell
Years ago, a very young Lumpawarrump had gone alone into the forest near Rwookrrorro in search of wasaka berries and gotten himself lost--a misadventure that had grown much in the retelling, until it became a family fable populated by every monster of the dark depths of both jungle and imagination.
Lumpawarrump did not even have a friend like Salporin to test himself against in daily clinches and slap-fights.
It was also not difficult to see that Lumpawarrump was in awe of his famous father, and paralyzingly anxious for his approval.
