Some years ago, I picked up in a second hand bookshop for $1 a paperback on The Luscher Colour Test.
This gives you 8 colours to randomly put in order of preference and depending on what order, you read a description on what is going on for you psychologically.
If you can get hold of it, it is a marvellously simple way to assess your own and other's states of mental wellness.
