Lyndon State College is a public college located in Lyndonville, Vermont.
The college started life in 1910 as the Lyndon Normal School, and occupied the mansion built in 1883 by T.N. Vail, the first president of ATandT.
In 1947, the Normal School became Lyndon State Teachers College and, in 1962, Lyndon State College, at which time it was also made a part of the Vermont State Colleges system.
