	Lytton Report - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		Lytton Report was a report generated by a League of Nations commission to try to resolve the Manchurian Crisis.
		Bulwer-Lytton, the second Earl of Lytton of the United Kingdom.
		Japan was so displeased with the report that on May 27th, 1933, they officially gave the League their 2 year withdrawal notice.

		The League of Nations Assembly approved the Lytton Report and adopted the Stimson formula of non-recognition of the Manchukuo government.
		The League of Nations delegates adopted most of the findings of the Lytton Report, which found that Japan had violated Chinese sovereignty in their military occupation of Manchuria.
