		I scanned through most of this movie to dredge it for the scenes with Marilyn Monroe, but I was able to follow it.
		They get some estimates (this part of the movie is a real emotional roller-coaster ride) but they don't have the money, so our good land-lady (June Haver) puts the place up for sale and tries to unload it on somebody else, but she can't find anyone as stupid as she was.
