The M4 crosses the River Severn via a toll bridge, the second of only two on the UK motorway network — the first was the original Severn Bridge (the original route of the M4, now the M48).
There is a slip road west of the A34 to Newbury from the eastbound carriageway which leads to RAF Welford.
The M4 between junctions 22 and 23, crossing the River Severn from England to Wales on a cable-stayed bridge (the Second Severn Crossing).

The carriageway will run under the M4 to the west of the Junction 13 roundabout through the underpass North and south of the M4, connections between the A34 and Junction 13 will be provided by slip roads.
Access to the local road network south of the M4 will be provided by the network of roads and roundabouts adjacent to the Hilton Holey and Chieveley Service Area.

Beyond the M4, the route would pass to the east of Radnall Farm before rejoining the existing A34 at Chieveley Crossroads Bridge, at the northern end of the scheme.
North and south of the M4, connections between the proposed A34 and the roundabout at Junction 13 would be provided by slip roads.
New road lighting would be provided at the Junction 13 roundabout, on the approach roads to the roundabout and the two roundabouts at Hilton Hotel and Chieveley Services.

At the end of this road, turn left at the T junction into Fields Park Road B4241, continue to the roundabout taking the second exit B4591 into Risca Road, which leads into Glasllwch Crescent and Junction 27 of the M4.
Pass straight across two roundabouts in front of you and follow the road as it swings to the left and then to the right before taking the first exit off the next roundabout (a collage of road signs in the middle of it) into Tyndall Street.
This road frequently becomes flooded during the autumn and winter months and the only accesss to the depot is by an unmarked track on the left hand side just prior to passing under the railway overbridge into Water Street.

GNU m4 should be able to handle UTF-8 input or wide characters so it can be more usable for different environments.
There should be an option (--discard-comments) to get m4 to discard comments instead of passing them to the output.
The perl interpreter should be set up when the module is loaded and closed down before m4 exits, using the appropriate hooks in the module interface.

However, the campaign admits that there may be serious congestion on the M4 motorway between junctions 14 and 18 on Saturday 30th April between 10am and 2pm.
M4 Protest is taking all possible precautions to minimise traffic disruption, including asking protest traffic to keep out of lane three, liaising with police and running the protest convoy at a target speed of 56mph.

Yesterday Secretary of State Peter Hain MP asked the people of Wales to consider the idea of funding the construction of a M4 relief road (M4RR), around the south of Newport, using road tolls.
The campaigners support UK network-wide variable electronic road tolling which could be used to moderate traffic levels on the existing M4 to avoid the forecast congestion (2).
The group say that it would be useful for the public to be able to consider the possible construction of a third tunnel at Brynglass to carry the M4's eastbound traffic.
