I had a nightmare bloke in front of me. Obviously, he got to the barrier and realised he didn't have his wallet in his pocket so out he gets and has to search the car, then the boot to find it.
You also get people using the Tag lane who havn't got the tag fitted properly and wave it as they approach the barrier which doesn't always work, or even worse people who follow the car in front down the tag lane but they havn't got a tag
