		The aim of Museums Emergency Program (MEP) Education Initiative is the protection of cultural heritage through the enhanced capacity of museum and other heritage professionals in risk assessment, and emergency preparedness and response (or integrated emergency management) taking into account community interests, as well as local contexts, traditions, and methods.
