		For MPEG2 Program streams and MPEG1 system streams there are no packetization restrictions; these streams are treated as a packetized stream of bytes.
		Further indication as to whether the data is MPEG1 or MPEG2 need not be provided in the RTP or MPEG- specific headers of this encapsulation, as this information is available in the ES headers.

		Microsoft is a bully when it comes to supporting public domain formats, which MPEG2 is. They want to make it hard for people to use any technology that isn't a part of their proprietary realm.
		They do not, and probably never will support MPEG2, because they are too busy hocking their own wvm format, which is no where near the quality of MPEG2 and is a very resource intensive format.
		Using MPEG2, I am able to make vids of greater quality, 4 times the size with only a 50% increase of the data rate (that is the amount of data that streams per second).

		I have tried to export quicktime reference, but when I mark the exported quicktime file I get "explorer.xe has generated errors" and all programs are shut down.
		Export Setting: Mpeg2, I click âOptionsâ: Export as âMpeg2â, I choose âUse Marksâ and âUse Enabled Marksâ, I choose Highest Bitrate 8.0, and aspect ratio 4:3 (only other option 16:9).
