 | | The MSH achieved the construction of a real co-operation platform at the scale of occidental Europe, which now constitutes - with the well-represented United-States and Canada (and despite any specific program towards these countries), the main basis for all its scientific networks. |
 | | The MSH also co-operates with the Europe-Asia foundation (Singapore) as well as with the different European networks working on this part of the world, and in particular, the Netherlands Institute of Asian Studies. |
 | | The MSH therefore succeeded into increasing the number of Japanese researchers invited or welcomed in the MSH, and participated in organising several colloquies, particularly in Economics in Tokyo, Berlin and Paris, in History, and in the domain of intercultural comparisons, each time involving a European, and not exclusively French participation, in these meetings. |
