  MTM Enterprises/Productions
Under the letters are the words "ENTERPRISES INC." (or whatever MTM is calling the company at the time) Back to the circle, it is ribbon-like and decorated with stars and the letters "MTM" on top.
Now, one thing that the MTM logo was known for was that often, it would be custom made for whatever show it appeared at the end of.
So basically, the MTM logo can only be seen on older prints of their shows.

MTM Enterprises was an independent production company established in 1969 by Mary Tyler Moore and her then-husband Grant Tinker to produce The Mary Tyler Moore Show for CBS.
MTM ceased operations and was folded into 20th Century Fox Television in 1998.
For many years, MTM, with CBS, co-owned the CBS Studio Center in Studio City, California, where a majority of their programs were filmed and videotaped.

Mary Tyler Moore Show   (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-10-17)
MTM executives seem to be looking to WKRP to salvage their comedic reputation in much the same way the ravaged Republicans looked to Dwight Eisenhower in 1952 (and Richard Nixon in 1968) to salvage their political reputation.
But the most egregious accommodation is the casting of a stunningly sexy blonde, clad in tight sweater and skirt, who manages, in the course of the pilot show, to thrust her very noticeable breasts under the noses of two different characters at particularly appropriate points in the dialogue.
MTM may not be producing a Happy Days, but the company does have its fall-season bets hedged in every other way imaginable.

 Tinker, Grant
Tinker and then-wife Mary Tyler Moore formed MTM Enterprises in 1970 to produce The Mary Tyler Moore Show when she was offered a 13-episode series committment from CBS.
He built MTM into a "writers' company" that produced some of the most successful and award-winning series of the 1970s and 1980s.
MTM's early hits were primarily sitcoms in the Mary Tyler Moore mold (including spinoffs Rhoda and Phyllis) as well as The Bob Newhart Show and WKRP in Cincinnati.

tvdvdreviews.com -- Taxi: The Complete First Season DVD Review
While working for MTM Enterprises in the early 1970s, the four helped to create some of the most beloved and influential sitcoms on TV, including The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Rhoda, Phyllis, and The Bob Newhart Show.
Taxi is similar to MTM in that jokes and one-liners are often secondary to character-based humor.
MTM fans should be on the lookout for Emmy-winning writer Treva Silverman who makes a cameo in "Come as You Aren't." Christopher Lloyd makes an appearance as Reverend Jim Ignatowski in only one episode, "Paper Marriage." He does not appear again until becoming a regular in the second season.
