its not propaganda...if u look at the real pic ture u will get it...currently 27 ships including destroyers,frigates and various other class r under contruction....and the rest will be built in future...not sure whether they include the scorpions...
only 2 ships r commissioned in late 70s..all others ships r commissioned in 80s..and i didnt pput the names of the ships commissioned in 90s...
