Madan Lal Khurana (born October 15, 1936, Lyallpur (now called Faisalabad]]) is an Indian politician.
Khurana was a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party till his expulsion on disciplinary grounds in 2005.
On 20 August 2005, Khurana was removed from the BJP for indiscipline for publicly criticising BJP president Lal Krishna Advani and expressing inability and discomfort at serving with him.

Former Delhi Chief Minister Madan Lal Khurana who floated his own political outfit 'Bharatiya Jan Mahasangh', said on Monday that that the BJP was heading towards destruction as its senior leaders were being side lined by young leaders.
Citing example of the Congress, Khurana said that during emergency, the party was taken over by its youth wing, which imposed emergency in the country after which the party lost the faith of its voters.
He said that the senior leaders of the BJP Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Lal Krishna Advani were surrounded by the young leaders and advising them with all wrong suggestions which would eventually drive the party towards destruction.

Lal Krishna Advani (Devanagari: लाल कृष्ण आडवाणी) also known as Lal Kishenchand Advani (لال ڪشنچند آڊواڻي) (born November 8, 1927/1929, Karachi, Pakistan) was the President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) until year-end 2005 and is Leader of the Opposition in the 14th Lok Sabha.
A month later, Khurana told the press that he found it difficult to work with Advani and criticised his style of running the party.
On 20 August 2005, Khurana was issued a show cause for his statements and threatened with suspension from the party.

The 11-member team, headed by Madan Lal Khurana, discussed with army personnel the problems being faced by them in view of their continued deployment on the borders since the December 13 terror strike on the Parliament.
Khurana told them that the committee would submit a detailed report to the Prime Minister and defence minister for providing adequate cash relief to them for the damages caused to the standing crops and for the land occupied by the army for mining.
Khurana said the committe would request the Centre to provide an interim relief of 50 per cent to the border migrants and people whose lands have been occupied or crops damaged by the army.

The court has asked the leader to adduce evidence to defend himself in the defamation suit filed by Dikshit, wherein she has claimed symbolic damages of Rs 101 from Khurana for the 'harm' caused to her reputation.
According to the court, the allegation that the Dikshit government had 'in a devious and scandalous manner released Rs 105 crore in favour of private companies is defamatory assuming that Dikshit can claim compensation on the basis of any such allegation'.
