	Quirino - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		Quirino is a province of the Philippines located in the Cagayan Valley region in Luzon.
		Its capital is Cabarroguis and was named after Elpidio Quirino, the sixth President of the Philippines.
		Quirino used to be part of the province of Nueva Vizcaya, until it was separated in 1966.

		It appears that, earlier, in the first week of May 1980, private respondent Greenhills had contracted Licuden who was then driving the same cargo truck to transport and carry a load of sawn lumber from the Maddela sawmill to Dagupan City.

		Sanidad did question Yadao's conduct in a 1999 case, where the Supreme Court fined the woman judge for failing to issue an arrest warrant in a murder case in Maddela town, Quirino province.
		She said it was only on March 7, 2000, or after one year, that Yadao issued a warrant -- dated March 26, 1999 -- allegedly after learning of the administrative complaint against her.
		In its decision, the SC said that policemen in Maddela and the provincial prosecutor of Quirino all testified that Yadao did not issue an arrest warrant after the murder case was filed in court.
