Why do we divide, we are muslims, we are all brothers and sisters.
Most importantly we are one, i've had enough experiences where I felt mistreatment solely because I didnt belong to a specific maddhab or school of thought.
It's because of the creations of maddhabs that are plaguing our religion....

  Maddhab
Maddhab (مذهب) is an Islamic term that refers to a school of thought or religious jurisprudence (fiqh) within Sunni Islam.
Each of the Sahabbis had a unique school of jurisprudence, but these schools were gradually consolidated or discarded so that there are currently four recognized schools: Maliki, Hanafi, Shafi'i, Hanbali.
Sunnis believe that all four schools have the correct guidance, and the differences lie not in the fundamentals of faith, but instead in finer judgements and jurisprudence, which are a result of the independent reasoning of the 4 imams and the scholars who followed them.

By "orthodox" the Foundation means the seven traditional Maddhabs (or Schools of Islamic Law) of Islam.
These are: the four Sunni Maddhabs (Shafi'i, Maliki, Hanafi and Hanbali); the "Twelver" (Ja'fari) Shi'i Maddhab; the Zeidi Maddhab and the Ibadhi Maddhab.
Since becoming Higher Chairman of the Aal al-Bayt Foundation for Islamic Thought, Prince Hamzah has worked to further its goals by refocusing its efforts on underscoring the treasures and contributions of Islamic thought to Muslims and to the world at large.

As for rape and incest, abortion is seen as a reasonable option for the mental sanity of the woman (again, according to doctrine).
As for a woman's voluntary choice of abortion, different schools of thoughts ("maddhabs") vary on this point but some never allow abortion voluntarily, most allow a sixty day window for abortion, and some allow a forty day window.
The only reason for abortion that is universally forbidden throughout Islam is abortion for the gender of the fetus.

In the Hanefi Maddhab it is allowed to wear pants when doing Salah, altough they shouldn't be too tight.
This is not a Tariqa (which are not bad either anyway) or alike, maddhab only shows you how to pray and what to take care about and avoid when praying.
Some do even deny their Necessity which is very sad in my point of my view because being without a Maddhab is like being in the ocean without having a compass..

It is best to refer this question directly to the Hanafi or Shafi`i groups, especially since the madhhabs have slightly different conditions for validly mixing madhhabs.
It is most likely that according to both maddhabs the payer will be invalid because the person has not fulfilled the condition of ablution in their own madhhab (because of the socks), and since ablution is a condition for the prayer's validity it must be taken into account.
This is a general answer, and specific cases are likely to have specific answers.
