Madhab’s mentor is veteran singer and music director Mrinal Bandyopadhyay, who adds melody to his words.
“Madhab is a very good lyricist and I was impressed by his concept of writing, in his usage of words, a rare talent in a policeman.

A madhab is a particular tradition of interpreting Islamic law, or shari'a.
A madhab is not to be confused with a religious sect.
Other Sunnis say that it is acceptable to mix madhabs, to accept one madhab's ruling regarding one issue, and accept another madhab's ruling regarding a different issue.

In reality, the madhab is preserved through minds (ulema) and texts (manuscripts) that both complement one another through the system of ijazah which was set in place so that people couldnt just 'invent' things into the religion even if they utilized textual evidences in their favor.
Salafiyyah isn't a madhab, it is a mentality that deliberately chooses to ignore the development of Islam for almost 1300 years and dismisses it as irrelevant.
It is not so that you may not take the opinion of another madhab, however you have to have a foundation because the madhahib are all based on different methodology and derrive their rulings in different ways.

Madhab’s uncle, additional commissioner of income-tax T.K. Mondol, told Metro that “an acquaintance” had brokered a meeting with his nephew and the conman.
Madhab handed over the amount to the man, who sat with letter-pads of Gautam Bose and Eastern Railway letterheads, scribbled out appointments and handing them over to a host of applicants.

Amongst his goals was the purging of the religion from the innovations and desires and returning it to its pure and original fountains.
So he called for the destruction of the madhab of blind-following (taqleed), a return to the madhab of the Salaf and traversing upon their way and methodology.
Thus, his madhab was ijtihaad and the rejection of taqleed [and this is the position with all the scholars of past and present but not that of the common person or muqallid].

 Following a Madhab--Ummah.comLearn about Islam
Following a particular Madhab (Islamic School of thought) or a Mujtahid (Scholar able to extract rules from the Islamic legislative sources) brings the issue of Taqlid (following the Shariah (Islamic law) without binding proof) where many new Muslims to Islam are confused about.
Others calling for the ‘re’-unification of the Madhahab (plural) to a single Madhab is in fact calling for a new Madhab to the already existing ones.
This is due to the fact that a person of ijtihad (able to extract rules) might disagree with this new Madhab, for valid reasons, and would finally adhere to his own understanding.

The husn, Arabic for a small fort, is made of unmasoned stone and consists largely of a wall running along the contour of the rock outcrop together with the remains of several rooms.
Several kilometres up the Wadi Madhab, nestled up against the side of the rock valley, are the remains of copper refining dating to approximately the ninth-eleventh centuries AD These consist of half a dozen horseshoe-shaped smelting ovens in which locally mined copper was refined.

These Muslim Madhabs are actually the compilations of the understanding of a particular Muslim scholar, and his followers, of the Shari`ah, i.e.
In view of this fact regarding the position and significance of the Muslim Madhabs, it should be quite clear that there is no logical basis for emphasizing complete adherence to a particular Madhab.
Thus, in my opinion, it is quite understandable and even acceptable if a person, due to his lack of knowledge and opportunity to gain that knowledge decides on fully adhering to the opinions of any particular Muslim scholar.

As for the one who changes his Madhab due to religious reasons, or leaves an opinion in his Madhab when opinion of another Madhab appears stronger to him, then that is not only praiseworthy, but also obligatory, as no one has the right to oppose the verdict of Allah and His Messenger .
Adherence to a Madhab is for those who take up the path of education by gradually learning the books of a Madhab, knowing the evidences and the methodology of deducing rulings according to the principles of a Madhab.
This is because the Madhab is only for the one who has some insight and a way of deducing rulings, who also has insight into Madhabs befitting his level, or the one who studies a book in the applied Fiqh of that Madhab, and knows the verdicts of his Imam and his sayings.
