Chong and Jordan, who were abducted on August 19 in Cavite's adjacent Muntinlupa City, were not hurt in the operation which was conducted with the help of a hostage rescue unit from the army, Ebdane said.
Police officer Armando Ayson of the Magallanes police station, and taxi driver Jimmy Lumabad were also arrested in connection with the kidnapping case.
