In summary it seems to me, as a mere consumer of music that Magic Time is an expression of Van Morrison feeling that he can express himself as he wishes.
As it is, 'Magic Time' is a flawed jewel.

I have been thinking about Van Morrison today, listening to ‘Magic Time’ a few more times and wondering if I judged it too quickly.
It is at least a 3.5-4 star CD for me (time will tell).
I selected Van’s ‘Listen to the Lion’ for my desert isle song and I wrote about the first time I heard ‘Into the Music’.

With the funds provided by Chapter 17 we have been able to purchase two bookshelf units specifically designed for children’s books and increase the number of appropriate books for children from 10 to more than 50.
With the remaining funds we hope to purchase more books and activities that relate to time, science, technology, astronomy, and inventions.
This new addition moves the Library and Research Center one step closer to fulfilling the educational aspect of our mission statement

Every once in a while, I still think about the late 80's /early 90's at the Time Machine and wonder "with as much as we partied and drank, why we aren't all dead or lying drunk in a gutter somewhere?" God Bless Kathy Cozart....
