WMTH is the student-run radio station (WMTH-FM) and TV station (WMTH-TV) of Maine Township High Schools (High School District #207) in the Chicago Suburbs of Park Ridge and Des Plaines.
Remote studio's are located at Maine Township High School West (Maine West High School, Des Plaines) and Maine Township High School South (Maine South High School, Park Ridge) and in the past at Maine Township High School North (Maine North High School), Des Plaines.
The three high schools serve students from Des Plaines and Park Ridge, as well as parts of Glenview, Harwood Heights, Morton Grove, Niles, Norridge, Norwood Park Township, and Rosemont.

Maine North High School is a closed high school in unincorporated Maine Township (mailing address in Des Plaines, Illinois) that was used in the 1980s as a filming location by motion picture director John Hughes.
The school was part of the Maine Township High School District 207.
The Maine North High School building is now used as a district headquarters for the Illinois State Police, a communications center for the Cook County Sheriff's Department, an Illinois Lottery payment office and as a neighborhood youth center.

School administrator, Steve Moitozo, met with the State’s Assistant Attorney General, representatives from the Senate leadership, the State House Representative from the school’s district, the school’s attorney, and the Commissioner, Susan Gendron.
In part, the letter states, “The Maine Department of Education retracts the inappropriate statements made by Edwin Kastuck (and those associated with him) concerning the North Atlantic Regional High School ("NARHS”) suggesting that NARHS was not a lawfully operating school which could issue diplomas and that NARHS was a “diploma mill” selling diplomas to customers.

Two years ago, the Maine Twp High School Educational Foundation decided to do Alumni Directories for each of the three schools (East, West and South) after they'd been contacted by Harris Publishing Co. Harris published the previous Alumni Directories for the three schools back in 1995.
High is now Lincoln Middle school, Nathanson Elementary is now the Lutheran General Hospital day care center.
I receive no monies from the school district and other than the free hosting of this single home page with the library district, all costs for software, database hosting etc is out of pocket (mine).
