The Majestic Theatre first opened its doors on September 11, 1946 in downtown Nampa and was originally known as the Pix Theatre.
The Majestic Theatre Foundation, Inc. was been formed to purchase and refurbish the old Pix Theatre to provide Nampa with an exciting, new venue for performing and visual arts.
The Majestic Theatre will be an ideal venue for a variety of cultural and educational activities – its size is perfect for a wide array of community events and performances.
