All-American and 2004 Great Western Lacrosse League Co-Player of the Year Greg Bice, a Buckeye from 2001-04, was selected by the Los Angeles Riptide with the first overall pick of the 220-player, 22-round draft.
Midfielder and two-time All-GWLL choice Pat Myers (2000-03), was the first pick in the second round, as he was chosen 11th by San Francisco.

The 2006 Ivy League champion, Princeton, and the newly minted 2006 ECAC champion, Harvard, were both included in the eight-team NCAA Women’s Ice Hockey Tournament beginning Friday, March 17, the NCAA announced Sunday.
The six were a career-high for the first year attacker and the most scored by a Harvard player in a single game this season.
