Never again will I give the staff and directors at Malpensa the satisfaction of being able to be so unhelpful to passengers needing assistance and so dictatorial to those who simply wish to have a quiet smoke and leave that awful place as quickly as possible.
As you probably know malpensa airport is about 60 km from milan and we desided to pass the night there.
