		The last date for payment of water bill arrears under the Kottayam PH Subdivision of the Kerala Water Authority is January 15, according to a press release.
		The panchayats coming under the subdivision are: Vijayapuram, Panachikkad, Nattakom, Kumaranallore, Ayarkunnam, Pampady, Meenadom, Kooroppada, Ettumanur, Neendur, Arpookkara, Kanakkari, Manjoor, Manarkadu and Athirampuzha.
