  MANGOG
Mangog has the ability to manipulate vast magical energies for various effects, including projection of concussive force, molecular manipulation of others.
Originally, the Mangog drew his superhuman power from the mystical/psionic energies manifested in the hatred and desire for vengeance felt by others or himself.
It is also possible that the Mangog is a minor abstract entity incarnating the hatred felt by the alien race, and later, by himself.

 Mangog
Mangog is a fictional character who appears in the Marvel Universe.
Mangog, or "The Mangog" as it originally referred to itself, is the sum total of the hatred of a billion billion beings that were once killed by the ruler of Asgard and the Norse Gods, Odin.
Mangog proves to be physically unstoppable, and is usually only defeated by exploiting Mangog's dependence on psychic energies (such as hatred, fear, or feelings of devotion) felt by other sentient beings to sustain itself.

Pad answered ME, The hulk can beat Mangog!!!!!!! - The Superhero Hype! Boards   (Site not responding. Last check: )
That being said, I do beleive that The Hulk being able to potentially surpass Mangog makes sense, but he'd have to be pushed to far greater levels of anger than he's ever been at in a fight before IMO.
While Mangog is a char that allows the hulk to use his power at his best making it to increase to incredible levels of power, maybe never reached.I say "maybe" because the hulk breaking a cosmo/pounching time storm would annihilate Mangog and anyone else.
agreed there is nothing particular in the hulk beating Mangog, we have a slugfest, and a contest/strenght between the two strongest guys of comics....one of the two with a dynamic strenght....

The middle of the big Mangog storyline, as Thor observes the dark storms that portend trouble in Asgard, and finds Sif in a hospital bed from their previous adventure, heals her and departs for Asgard.
As usual for this era of Thor, my favourite scene involves the Warriors Three, first doing some of their normal brawling for fun, then informed by Loki that Mangog approaches as Odin sleeps his Odinsleep, and sends them off to do battle.
Great issue, very densely plotted, fast moving and taking advantage of the various parts of the mythology that had been introduced in the previous years, and the artwork is just gorgeous, full of power and clever storytelling bits.

Mangog would still crush Superman 9/10 due to the overwhelming physical power difference.
Yeah well, not to sound harsh, but those all sound like the 1 / 10 last chance-Superman suddenly turns into somebody he wasn't intended to be so he does something drastically drastic- tactics.
If I were writing, the only way he'd ever beat a guy like Mangog is a plot device like in Doomsday Wars when he tossed DD into the JLA Watchtower teleporters.

War Hulk & 8th Day Juggernaut Vs. Kurse & Mangog [Archive] - comiXtreme
Thor may be the weak link on the team(How often is that said), but Mangog alone would feed off the Hulk's rage increasing his strength and Juggernaut's hate for his brother.
June 28th 2005, 09:32 PM The reason for the confusion is that the title of the thread says Thor and not Kurse.
I think with Kurse and Mangog, it is feasible that they could take out Juggernaut and War Hulk, but Juggernaut is a tough one, as he IS the 8th Day version...

HULK vs Mangog poll is up!!! - HulkMovie.com Message Boards
Hulk wins easily because though Mangog has the strength of 1 billion beings he also then has the weakness of these beings too, as individuals and as a group.
Actually Mangog is the Hate and strength of a Billion Billion beings, along with him being nearly impossible to hurt.
As I posted somewhere on this site previously, Thor beat Mangog pretty good in Thor #25 (Vol.2, 2000) after having been beating by Mangog in #24 and recovering from being knocked out.

A: Basically it explains the visual effects of Character B striking Character A, even if the strength difference is technically a billion fold or more.
Example (Mangog vs. Thor): While we can't say for sure exactly how strong both Mangog and Thor are, we do know that Mangog is much stronger than Thor, possibly 3 tiers stronger (Making Mangog roughly a quodrillion times stronger than Thor).
In those fights Mangog clearly dominates Thor and is able to K.O. Thor after a few landed shots
