		Mapleton's attorney, Doug Thayer, said the state-brokered proposal does not affect the city's lawsuit against the company.
		Mapleton filed the lawsuit against Ensign-Bickford in 2002, after the company balked at drilling for the city a new well outside the contamination plume.
